Just so we are clear…
If you are a brown-skinned 30-year-old Palestinian immigrant who had the temerity to speak out against what you believe to be a genocide in Gaza, then you “materially support a terror organization” in a way that could “significantly harm United States foreign policy”. As a result of this, you become someone that the President of the United States feels should be made into an example, so he directs his Secretary of State to revoke your green card, arrest you in your home in front of your pregnant American wife, whisk you halfway across the country to a detention center in Louisiana, and prepare to deport you. Not for committing a crime, but for exercising your First Amendment rights in a way that upsets a segment of the population.1 Oh, and the Anti-Defamation League will be very happy:2
Alternately, you can be the richest immigrant in the world and buy the US presidency, allowing you to repeatedly make statements that many people would consider antisemitic, including reposting a meme that claims that Hitler didn’t murder millions. You can also appear virtually at a far-right rally in Germany, telling the attendees that it’s time to move on from Holocaust guilt. Oh, and you can throw up a “Roman” salute not once, but twice, at the Presidential inauguration. If you do all of this, you are not harming US foreign policy at all. Instead, you are given the keys to the entire government to reshape as you see fit. Oh, and the President of the United States will turn the front lawn of the White House into a Tesla dealership to try to prop up your stock. He will even “buy” a car that costs more than most Americans make in a year. Of course, you will probably face some blowback from the ADL for your Nazi salute though.3
Oh.

Just to be clear, there is no way in hell this has anything to do with antisemitism and everything to do with totalitarianism. He is doing this to a “less than sympathetic” person so it isn’t as shocking when he does it to an American.
